Phil Chaney has been with the Alliance Coaching Staff since the 2006-2007 season, when he led his 18U Midget Major Team to the NTXHL Championship. Last season, he led the Alliance 18U Prep Team to the Texas State Championship and to the Semi-Finals of the 2008 Tier II Rocky Mountain District Championships.
